1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to your use of gritfitfam.com and requests made through it. Grit Fit Fam provides personalized movement and nutrition coaching in North York, Ontario and online. In these terms, “we” means Grit Fit Fam and “you” means the person using the website or requesting our services.

By using the website, you agree to these website terms. Paid programmes and product orders also have the specific terms provided before you purchase. If you cannot legally enter an agreement yourself, please have a parent or legal guardian contact us before arranging paid services.

2. Your application and discovery call

Submitting the form or booking a discovery call is free. It does not enrol you in a paid programme, authorize a payment or commit you to buying products.

The call is an opportunity to discuss your routine, ask questions and understand the Three-Day Starter, what it includes and its price. You decide whether to proceed after those details are explained.

Please provide accurate contact information. To change or cancel a call, use the available options in your booking confirmation or email reach@gritfitfam.com.

3. Coaching, prices and paid enrolment

The Three-Day Starter introduces our approach to nutrition, movement and coach support. Longer-term coaching, challenges and other services are separate choices. Requesting information or completing the Starter does not automatically enrol you in another programme.

Before you agree to a paid service or product purchase, review the description, duration, delivery format, price and currency, applicable taxes or delivery charges, payment arrangements and any recurring-payment terms. Your purchase confirmation or programme agreement records the specific offer you choose.

Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds and returns for paid purchases are subject to the terms provided before purchase and applicable consumer law. If those details are unclear, ask us before paying. These website terms do not replace or reduce any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable law.

4. Nutrition products and other platforms

The Starter includes Herbalife nutrition products, with product orders handled through the Herbalife platform. Review the ingredients, product directions and the seller's order, delivery and return information before purchasing or using a product.

We also use external services, including Calendly for scheduling. Your use of an external service is subject to its applicable terms and privacy information. Contact us if you need help understanding which provider handles a booking or order.

5. Wellness coaching and individual results

Grit Fit Fam provides wellness coaching and education, not medical care. Our services and website content do not diagnose, treat or cure a medical condition and do not replace advice from your physician or another qualified healthcare professional. Discuss medical, medication, ingredient or allergy questions with a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your routine or using products.

Individual experiences vary. Testimonials and transformation stories reflect the individual's experience, often through longer-term participation. They do not describe an expected Three-Day Starter result or guarantee a particular result or timeline. Weight-management products are useful only as part of an energy-reduced diet.

6. Respectful and responsible participation

Share information honestly, communicate respectfully and respect other members' privacy. Do not share someone else's contact details, messages, photos or personal story without permission.

You must not use this website for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited messages or attempts to interfere with its security or operation. We may restrict website or community access to address misuse. Any decision affecting a paid service remains subject to your programme agreement and applicable law.

7. Our content and your privacy

Our branding, website copy, photos and coaching materials belong to Grit Fit Fam or their respective owners. You may view the website and use materials supplied to you for your own personal participation. Please obtain permission before copying, selling, publishing or distributing them. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how we handle personal information and website measurement. Follow-up about your request uses the contact details you provide, as explained on the form. Optional marketing choices are separate from requesting a call or receiving coaching.

8. Website availability and updates

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information may need correcting and access may be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. Confirm the current offer with us before making a purchase.

We may update these terms and will show the effective date on this page. Changes apply going forward and do not retroactively alter an existing paid agreement or remove your legal rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

9. Your consumer rights and questions

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. If something is unclear or you have a concern, contact us so we can help. You do not give up any legal remedy by contacting us first.
